Step One: Ideation

We’re here to make your vision a reality. Gather your ideas of what you are wanting to change. To help, gather images or articles, digitally or offline. Visit our showroom, we house a 5k square foot fully functional kitchen and bath showroom; here we have the latest styles and trends.

Step Two: In-Home Consultation

KBI will introduce you to your designer and your space will be measured and photographed.  During this time our designer will, gather ideas (this is a great time to share your ideas and images).  Go over budgeting. Budgeting is very important, you don’t want your designer designing a room that you fall in love with, to only find out it’s out of the budget.  From here your designer will take all the gathered information from this meeting and bring back to start your new dream remodel.

Step Three: Showroom Consultation

Your designer will create a detailed presentation of images of the design he/she has created. Your designer will share detailed plan notes as well as any digital or hand-drawn perspectives or elevations that may be needed to help you visualize their solutions and what is being estimated. At the end of your design presentation, your designer will give you a copy of the estimated work to be done, along with everything spelled out of what we are doing.  Your designer will also go over payments, retainers, and financing. From here you will decide if Kitchen and Bath Innovations is the right company to bring your kitchen or bathroom remodel to life.

Step Four: The Details

Your designer will meet with you again in our showroom. From here it’s all bout the details. Your designer will walk you though every element selected to achieve the design. At this point you will make your final selections, weighing all pros and cons. Remember, changing anything can always change the final cost of the project.  Once all selections and all details have been worked out, your designer will make one last revision of the contract and both parties will sign and Make It Official! Remember, once it’s official changes can’t occur or will occur paying for the change along with the original piece.

Step Five: Walk Through:

Your designer will setup a pre-walk through with you and our owner. You will get a chance, if you haven’t yet to meet the person in charge. A lot has changed since our first consultation in your home to today, this assures accuracy and less headaches, for both parties. If our team finds any red flags, they will be addressed promptly. Once the walk-through has be checked, materials are ordered. Put your trust in us. We have over 50 years’ experience in residential remodeling!

Step 6: Installation

The day we psychically bring the dream to life! Our crew will arrive to your home in our logo vans, and uniforms. Your crew leader will discuss and last second questions you may have, and also where some important pieces to the home are located. I.E. the electrical panel, main water shut off, gas shut off to name a few.
